International package transportation and compensation
All products purchased in noonbuy are shipped through a third-party logistics company. We can't control the problems caused by packages in the transportation process, such as package damage, delayed delivery, insufficient quantity, etc. If the above problems are caused by the logistics company, noonbuy will not be liable for compensation.
1. Package damaged
Noonbuy will take photos of products, product quantity and packaging before shipment. If the package is damaged after the customer receives the goods, please contact the logistics company to settle the claim. Noonbuy will not be liable for compensation.
2. Delayed delivery
Noonbuy cooperates with the third-party logistics company, and all the shipping links cannot be controlled by noonbuy. If there is any delay in delivery, please contact the logistics company's staff, or contact our customer's staff to assist in the investigation
3. Insufficient quantity
All packages of noonbuy are shipped from China and 20% of the packages will be inspected by the customs when they arrive at the destination. The illegal products will be confiscated by the customs. Noonbuy will not be liable for the insufficient quantity.

1. According to your local national policy, it is forbidden to import goods from abroad
2. Volatile, flammable, explosive, radioactive or toxic substances
3. Dangerous goods, chemicals, liquids, guns and ammunition, cultural relics and antiques
4. Currencies of various countries
5. Living animals
6. Obscene and indecent documents or articles. However, articles that have been issued from judicial or police organizations and used for litigation evidence and sent between organizations in the form of registered letters or parcels of organizations are not subject to this restriction.
7. Lottery tickets and related advertising flyers. However, items that have been issued from a judicial or police organization and used as evidence of litigation and sent between organizations in the form of registered letters or parcels of the organization are not subject to this restriction
8. Items with metal seals or other sharp edges may hinder postal processing.9. Publications, books, sources or articles containing reactionary or obscene contents.
Unconditional refund
1. the package has been sent out, the package is intact, the product has not been used, and within 7 days after receiving the product. You can return the package and apply for a refund from noonbuy.
2. The package received does not match the description of the store. You can return the package and apply for a refund from noonbuy within 7 days after receiving the product.

General questions:
1. If you are not satisfied with the goods, can you replace them?When purchasing noonbuy products, please carefully confirm the product model and product attributes. After receiving the package, you are not satisfied with the purchased products, and noonbuy does not provide exchange service temporarily.
2. What should we do if there are quality problems with the goods?After receiving the package, the product cannot be used due to quality problems. You can apply for a refund to noonbuy within 7 days after receiving the package.

The customer service personnel shall inform the buyer to clear the customs, and the buyer shall handle it in timeWhen the package arrives at the destination, there is a certain chance that the package needs the customer's assistance in customs clearance. Because the logistics staff cannot contact the buyer, the noonbuy customer service staff will contact you by email. 4. What should I do if my package is sent to other areas?If you find that the location where the package is signed does not match the address information you provided, please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible and apply for a refund from noonbuy.
5. What should I do to apply for refund?When applying for refund, if you have received the package, you need to send it back to China; if the package has not been shipped, you only need to submit the refund information.

How long does the refund usually take?If you have received the package, you need to send it back to China, and noonbuy will receive a refund after receiving the package and checking that it is correct. If you apply for a refund without shipment, the time for the refund to be received is usually within 24 hours.
7. When applying for refund, why can't the freight be refunded?As the package is shipped by a third-party logistics company, all the logistics fees are charged by the third-party company, and we are unable to return the shipping fees

9. Is there any refund for missing or damaged product labels, accessories and manuals?
After receiving the package, you will not be able to apply for a refund if the product label, accessories and product mobile phone are lost or damaged!
